The 150-F135NCD SMC-Flex Smart Motor Controller is a soft starter controller with an integrated by-pass and a modular design that is used for the microprocessor-controlled starting of 3-phase induction motors. The drive is modularly designed to save space and installation time, and its integrated by-pass minimizes heat loss, enclosure size, and operation cost. The drive is in a series of drives which features multiple protection features with flexible communication options and which is designed with LED indicators which display any fault before real damage happens. The 150-F135NCD has 135A, and 60 to 100HP controller ratings at 480V AC and it has an input line voltage range of 200 to 600V AC (3-phase) at 50/60Hz, with an input tolerance of -15% and +10%. It has a power circuit with a 2,200V AC dielectric withstand, and with a peak inverse current of 1600V, and it provides DV/DT protection using an RC Snubber Network.
