The 150-F201NBDB is a smart motor controller . This is a solid-state device that is specifically part of the SMC Flex product family. It features compatibility with Line and Delta connected motors and delivers rated output current and power ratings of 201 Amperes and 150 HP respectively. The 150-F201NBDB is capable of implementing a variety of operation modes particularly Soft Start, Current Limit Start, Selectable Kickstart, Coast-to-rest, Soft Stop, Full Voltage Start, Dual ramp start, Pump Start, Preset Slow Speed, Pump Stop, Smart Motor Braking, Accu-Stop, Slow Speed with Braking, and Linear Speed Acceleration with use of a Tachometer. The 150-F201NBDB supports pairing with a standard squirrel-cage induction motor or a Wye-Delta, six-lead motor. It is provided with a keypad and an LCD display enabling local operation and configuration of the controller. It is also provided with Two (2) DPI communication interfaces allowing for communication with an optional Human Interface Module (HIM) or a DPI enabled device or communication module. Auxiliary functions supported by the 150-F201NBDB are metering of Amps, Volts, kW, kWh, MW, MWH, elapsed time, power factor, motor thermal capacity parameters. It also provides indication for controller Stopped, starting, stopping, at speed, alarm, and fault conditions and appropriately comes with an alarm contact relay to indicate Overload, underload, undervoltage, overvoltage, unbalance, jam, stall, and ground fault situation which can be wired to external devices for local monitoring.
