The 150-F251NBDB SMC-Flex Smart Controller contains a front keypad and a backlit LCD display, with the option of power and control wiring. For power wiring, the SMC-Flex controller contains a standard squirrel-cage induction motor or a Wye-Delta, six-lead motor. With respect to control wiring, the SMC-Flex uses a 2-and-3-wire control for a variety of applications. One DPI is included for connection to optional human interface and communication modules. Starting and stopping modes on the 150-F251NBDB include soft start, current limit start, dual ramp, full voltage, linear speed acceleration, preset slow speed, and soft stop. Protection and diagnostics options include power loss, line fault, voltage unbalance, excessive starts per hour, phase reversal, undervoltage, overvoltage, controller temperature, stall, jam, open gate, overload, underload, and communication fault.
