The 150-F780NBA is an SMC Flex Smart Motor Controller manufactured. This Smart Motor Controller is designed to work in extreme operating conditions in industrial applications and provides soft starting of induction motors with premium torque control. It extends the life of the motor and other related mechanical components. This controller comes with an open enclosure and it is used for powerful motors with up to 600 HP at 460 Volts AC, and 780 A current rating. This solid-state controller has an input line voltage of 200 to 460 Volt 3-phase AC and a control voltage that is single-phase, at 230 to 240 Volts AC. The 150-F780NBA has programmable current and torque limits and acceleration and deceleration ramp times. It provides instantaneous protection in situations like overvoltage, overcurrent, ground short, short circuit, and overtemperature.
