The 2094-AC09-M02-S is an Integrated Axis Module (IAM) from the product family. This module is an essential part of implementing motion control as it hosts the major field connections such as Contactor enable (CED) connector, DC bus/AC input power (IPD) connector, Control power (CPD) connector, Motor power (MP) connector, Motor/resistive brake (BC) connector, I/O (IOD) connector. Aside from the variety of connectors available to the module’s front panel, the 2094-AC09-M02-S SERCOS and DPI connectivity is mounted near the bottom of the module, covered by a removable access door. SERCOS connections available to this module are Sercos transmit (Tx) connector and Sercos receive (Rx) connector as well as a single DPI connector for connection of optional peripherals and modules. The 2094-AC09-M02-S operates when supplied with an input supply voltage range of 195-264 VAC, 3-phase with nominal voltage of 230 VAC along an input frequency range pf 47-63 Hz while the control voltage of this module is designed for an input voltage of 95-264 VAC, 1-Phase with nominal values of 110VAC / 240 VAC. This module delivers an output voltage to the bus of 325 VDC with overvoltage detection when bus voltage reaches 415 VDC and undervoltage detection when bus voltage drops to 138 VDC. Additionally, it has a continuous output current to bus of 10 A and peak output current to bus of 20 A while the continuous output power is 6 kW and the peak output power is 12 kW and efficiency of 95%. The 2094-AC09-M02-S comes with an integrated Safe-Torque Off (STO) functionality which is a ISO 13849-1 PLe/SIL3-certified safety feature.
