  • Warranty & Returns Policy?
  • Amikon Limited have one year warranty. We guarantee that the items will be free of functional defects that may occur under normal operating conditions within the warranty period. If defect occurs,we will either send you a new unit or repair your unit or refund the purchased part based on the actual condition.

  • Are the products new?
  • Yes, all of our products are 100% original brand new

  • What is the lead time?
  • In Stock products:  Ship within 12 hours working days

    Pre-order products:  Depends on actual condition

  • How to delivery?
  • FedEx, DHL, UPS,Aramex,  Express Mail International etc

  • What is the Shipping Charges?
  • The product prices do not include shipping or insurance.If you need us to deal with the shipping, we would like to check the cost, add it to the invoice. If you require a Proforma Invoice,kindly let us know if want us to quote shipping or you will use your carrier account number.
