RELIANCE 0-60031-4 RESOLVER AND DRIVE I/O

The 0-60031-4 is a Reliance I/O 14 Bit Resistor Module by Reliance Electric.

The front panel of this circuit board has a series of seven green LED lights and two red LED lights. The front panel also has two gray female connectors.

The circuit board attached to the face plate has two large black boxes directly behind the faceplate one has no markings at all while the other is labeled 411027-122A 4795 with the Reliance Electric company emblem printed on it. There are six orange circular polyester style capacitors.

There is four mustard yellow balloon shaped ceramic capacitors. The circuit board also has ten small yellow rectangles that are called suppressor capacitors.

The 0-60031-4 has two white bent metal brackets. The circuit board has twenty microchips and a microprocessor.

The resistor module has thirteen pale green rectangular boxes and three black rectangular boxes, with no clearly legible markings. The upper edge of this board is marked with numbers that increase in fives. Each piece on the bit resistor card is labeled next to the component.

Reliance uses a letter and a number to identify each piece. To secure the 0-60031-4 into the power rack you will use the connection terminal at the back edge of the circuit board.

This will just slide into place as the card is inserted. To fully secure the card tighten down the anchor screws on the faceplate of the card.
