The SANMEI TRC-002SO AOI system achieves 20,000 chips/hour inspection throughput using its 5MP global-shutter CMOS capturing 120fps footage under RGB multi-angle illumination. This SANMEI TRC-002SO combines ±2µm laser height measurement with AI-powered iPro defect recognition to detect 01005 SMD components (0.4×0.2mm) across 355×355mm FOVs. The IP54-rated SANMEI TRC-002SO withstands factory-floor particulates while adaptive optics enable 1-25µm/pixel resolution adjustments for flexible PCB quality control.
