Description：

The CMC16 is the intelligent front-end Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) of the VM600 Condition Monitoring System (CMS). It acquires, processes and transmits machinery condition monitoring data to the host computer through the VM600 CPU module.

The CMC16 utilizes 16 parallel 24-bit Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) matched with programmable anti-aliasing filters. This hardware arrangement prevents high-frequency noise distortion and supports a maximum single-channel sampling rate of 100 kHz. For deep frequency-domain analysis, the onboard digital signal processor (DSP) generates high-resolution 3200-line FFT spectra directly on the card. To isolate specific mechanical faults (such as oil whirl, shaft misalignment, or structural resonance), users can isolate up to 10 independent frequency bands per channel. Each band can be monitored using 6 highly customizable software alarms equipped with individual time-delay filters and hysteresis deadbands to minimize false warnings.
