The EMERSON PR6423/015-040 CON021 is a high-precision, non-contact eddy-current displacement sensor system, designed for critical turbomachinery and industrial applications. It measures radial and axial shaft displacement, position, eccentricity and dynamic movement without physically contacting the shaft — reducing wear and avoiding mechanical interference. The sensor’s robust design, wide measurement range and stable output make it suitable for harsh environments such as steam and gas turbines, compressors, pumps, fans, gearboxes and other rotating equipment. With its signal converter (CON021), the system can deliver reliable, repeatable measurement signals to monitoring or control systems for condition monitoring, vibration analysis, or shaft alignment tasks.
