The TC-001-02-6M0 is a 6.0-meter (20-foot) chassis power cable manufactured by ICS Triplex for Trusted controller systems. It connects a 24 Vdc power distribution unit (MCB) to a Trusted controller or expander chassis, often used for connecting an Expander Chassis in an adjacent bay.

The ICS Triplex is a triple-redundant (2-out-of-3) control platform that complies with the international functional safety standard IEC 61508. Its goal is to eliminate "single points of failure," ensuring that the system continues to operate even in the event of any hardware failure within the controller, thus protecting the safety of personnel, equipment, and the environment.Through a "two-out-of-three" voting logic, the system can seamlessly switch over and continue operating even if one processing channel fails, achieving zero downtime. All hardware and firmware are TUV certified, meeting the stringent requirements of Safety Integrity Level 3.
