It is a signal conditioner card for a dedicated nest, connected through the nest backboard and connector. Match the nest and downstream I/O connection; do not treat it as a general-purpose PLC input module.

Can its range and burnout setting be changed?

Range and burnout settings can be configured through a compatible BRAIN terminal connection. Record the existing configuration; Fahrenheit indication requires the official /DF option.

What power and ambient conditions apply?

The card rating is 24 V DC ±10%, with maximum consumption of 60 mA. Operate within 0 to 50 °C and 5 to 90% RH without condensation.
