Designed with a collector-emitter voltage of 1700 V and a nominal collector current of 650 A, the module also supports a repetitive peak collector current of up to 1300 A, delivering outstanding power handling capability for high-load operations. It is widely used in 3-level applications, auxiliary inverters, high-power converters, motor drives, and wind turbine systems.
This module features advanced electrical performance, including low switching losses, low VCEsat characteristics, high current density, and high DC stability, ensuring improved energy efficiency and reliable operation even in harsh industrial environments. With an extended junction operating temperature of up to 150°C and a total power dissipation of 4.15 kW, the FF650R17IE4 offers excellent thermal performance and long-term operational stability.
