The EMERSON PR6424/014-140 CON021, used together with the CON021 signal converter, is a rugged, high-precision non-contact eddy-current displacement sensor system designed for critical turbomachinery and heavy industrial applications. It is built to measure radial and axial shaft displacement, vibration (dynamic motion), shaft position, eccentricity, and other shaft-related parameters — without mechanical contact, thereby avoiding wear and avoiding interference with shaft rotation.
