IS200SCSAS1AEB/IS210SCSAS1A is an I/O expansion board manufactured by General Electric as part of Mark VIeS used in YSIL Core Safety Protection. Three SCSA I/O expansion boards must be connected via serial lines to the TCSA terminal board in order for the YSIL module to function. Ten 4-20 mA inputs, ten 24 V dc transmitter power outputs, six 4-20 mA inputs for transmitters that are externally supplied, three thermocouple inputs, three contact inputs, and three contact outputs are all provided by each SCSA. The Emergency Trip Relay (ETR) string allows the YSIL to utilize any of the SCSA's 4-20 mA analog inputs (AnalogInput01 R, S or T through Analog Input16 R, S or T TMR input sets).
