The DS3800NGDC1A1A is a ground detector board manufactured by GE as a component for their Mark IV/Speedtronic series. This series, designed for gas/steam turbine control, can some procedures for the turbine system including shut down and startup. It can also help maintain safe operating parameters and help keep the turbine system running within those parameters.

The DS3800NGDC1A1A is built with three transistors. Two of these transistors are small, but the third is a larger Motorola NPN power transistor with a heat sink installed. It has four integrated circuits. It is also built with six test points (TPs.) It is worth noting these TP test points are labeled TP0 through TP5, as TP0 acts as a ground.
