You can order hazardous area approvedproximity probes with 21000 aluminum and24701 stainless steel housings for intrinsicallysafe applications. Both housings are certifiedas CSA Type 4 enclosures and are fullycompliant with the American PetroleumInstitute's (APl) 670 $tandard for externallymounted proximity probe housings.
