The Bently Nevada 330525-10 is a Velomitor® XA (Extended Application) Sensor, developed as a ruggedized version of the Bently Nevada 330500 Velomitor® Sensor. Its construction is intended to provide additional environmental protection for vibration monitoring installations where the sensor and cable assembly may be exposed to demanding operating conditions.
The 330525-10 Velomitor XA Sensor features a 316L stainless steel case, providing a durable sensor enclosure for industrial applications. This rugged housing is combined with a specially configured weatherproof connector and cable assembly.
One of the important characteristics of the Velomitor XA configuration is that its 316L stainless steel housing and weatherproof connector/cable assembly permit installation without an additional housing. This allows the sensor to be mounted directly in applications where the specified environmental protection requirements are satisfied.
