The 330750 and 330752 High Temperature Velomitor System sensor head and integral cable are specifically designed for high-temperature environments. This allows for the mounting of the sensing head on surfaces with temperatures up to +400°C (+752°F).
To achieve this, the transducer design separates the sensing element from the signal conditioning electronics. These two components are permanently connected by an integrated cable, which eliminates connectors—often a significant source of transducer failures.
The integrated cable also allows the signal conditioning electronics to be positioned in a cooler location. The internal electronics can withstand temperatures ranging from 55°C to +121°C (-67°F to +250°F).
This integrated design enables the capture of machinery performance data comparable to other Bently Nevada Velomitor transducers, but at significantly higher temperatures.
