The 3300 NSv probe and extension cable are fully compatible with and can replace Bently Nevada's previous 3300 RAM proximity probe and extension cable. The NSv probe offers enhanced chemical resistance compared to the 3300 RAM probe, making it suitable for many process compressor applications. Additionally, the 3300 NSv probe provides superior side-view characteristics compared to the 3000-series 190 probe when gapping at the same distance from the probe target.
The 3300 NSv probe is available in various probe case configurations, including both armored and unarmored, with probe threads such as 1/4-28, 3/8-24, M8X1, and M10X1. The reverse mount 3300 NSv probe comes with 3/8-24 or M10X1 threads as standard. All components in the transducer system are equipped with gold-plated brass ClickLoc connectors. These connectors lock into place, preventing the connection from loosening.
Bently Nevada's patented TipLoc molding method ensures a strong bond between the probe tip and the probe body. Additionally, the CableLoc design provides a pull strength of 220 N (50 lb), securely attaching the probe cable to the probe tip.
