The 3300 NSv probe is available in various probe case configurations, including armored and unarmored options, with probe threads in 1/4-28, 3/8-24, M8X1, and M10X1 sizes. The reverse mount 3300 NSv probe comes standard with either 3/8-24 or M10X1 threads. All components of the transducer system feature gold-plated brass ClickLoc connectors, which securely lock into place to prevent loosening. The patented TipLoc molding method ensures a robust bond between the probe tip and body, while CableLoc design provides 220 N (50 lb) pull strength to securely attach the probe cable to the probe tip.

Connector protectors are recommended for use on both the probe-to-extension cable and the cable-to-Proximitor Sensor connections. These protectors prevent liquids from entering the ClickLoc connectors and negatively impacting the electrical signal. Additionally, silicone tape is provided with each 3300 NSv extension cable and can be used as an alternative to connector protectors. However, silicone tape is not recommended for applications where the probe-to-extension cable connection is exposed to turbine oil.

Notes:

Proximitor Sensors come factory-calibrated to AISI 4140 steel by default, with calibration to other target materials available upon request.

Silicone tape is a suitable alternative to connector protectors, except in turbine oil-exposed applications.
