The 990 Vibration Transmitter is designed for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of centrifugal air compressors, small pumps, motors, or fans. It provides a simple 4 to 20 mA proportional vibration signal as input to machinery control systems for monitoring and alarming.
Key Features:
Two-wire, loop-powered device: Accepts input from the 3300 NSv proximity probe and its matching extension cable (5 m and 7 m options).
Signal conditioning: Converts vibration amplitude into peak-to-peak engineering units and outputs as a 4 to 20 mA signal.
Integrated Proximitor Sensor: No need for an external sensor unit.
Diagnostic capabilities: Provides dynamic vibration and gap voltage signal output through non-isolated terminals and coaxial connectors.
Adjustable settings: Zero and span potentiometers for loop adjustments.
Quick verification: Test input pin for loop signal output verification using a function generator.
Signal protection: Not OK/Signal Defeat circuit prevents false alarms or high outputs from faulty probes or connections.
Mounting flexibility: Includes DIN-rail clips or bulkhead mounting screws.
