The 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System is a high-performance measurement solution designed for vibration and position monitoring on fluid-film bearing machines. The system consists of:
One 3300 XL 8 mm probe
One 3300 XL extension cable
One 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor
It provides an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface, capable of measuring both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values. The system's primary applications include vibration and position measurements, Keyphasor reference, and speed measurements.
The 3300 XL 8 mm system offers advanced performance in eddy current proximity transducer technology. It complies with the API 670 Standard for mechanical configuration, linear range, accuracy, and temperature stability. The system supports full interchangeability of probes, extension cables, and Proximitor sensors, eliminating the need for matching or bench calibration of individual components. This ensures reliable, consistent performance across different setups and applications.
