The Bently Nevada 330901-00-32-05-02-05 is a 3300 XL NSv Proximity Probe designed for use as part of the 3300 XL NSv Transducer System. The NSv system provides an upgrade path for earlier Bently Nevada proximity transducer installations while maintaining the measurement characteristics required for eddy current proximity applications.
The 3300 XL NSv Transducer System is designed to replace both the 3300 RAM Transducer Systems and the 3000-series or 7000-series 190 Transducer Systems. The required upgrade configuration depends on the type of transducer system already installed.
When upgrading from a 3300 RAM Transducer System to the 3300 XL NSv system, the existing probe, extension cable, and monitoring system may continue to be used together with a 3300 XL NSv Proximitor® Sensor. This provides an upgrade approach that allows compatible components from the existing 3300 RAM installation to remain in use.
When upgrading from a 3000-series or 7000-series 190 Transducer System, the probe, extension cable, and Proximitor® Sensor must all be replaced with corresponding NSv components. This establishes the required NSv component configuration for the upgraded transducer system.
