The Bently Nevada 3300 NSv probe is available in multiple configurations, including armored and unarmored versions with different probe threads such as 1/4-28, 3⁄8-24, M8X1, and M10X1.   The reverse-mount version of the 3300 NSv probe typically comes with either 3⁄8-24 or M10X1 threads.   It features ClickLoc connectors, which lock in place to prevent loosening and ensure a secure connection.   The connectors are made of gold-plated brass to enhance durability and signal integrity.

The patented TipLoc molding method ensures a strong, reliable bond between the probe tip and the body.   The CableLoc design, another patented feature, provides a pull strength of 220 N (50 lb), securing the probe cable to the probe tip.   Connector protectors are recommended for both the probe-to-extension cable and cable-to-Proximitor Sensor connections, as they help prevent liquids from entering the connectors and interfering with the electrical signal. For added protection, silicone tape is provided with each extension cable and can be used in place of connector protectors.   However, silicone tape is not recommended in applications where the probe-to-extension cable connection is exposed to turbine oil.

Notes:

Proximitor Sensors are factory-calibrated to AISI 4140 steel, but calibration to other materials is available upon request.

Silicone tape can be used as an alternative to connector protectors, except in environments with turbine oil.
